From a young age, Patsy loved entertaining others with silly antics and would often use self-built props made from toys he had taken apart. This led him to become a show magician, though unsuccessful. After seeing the struggles of his brother, [[Fishbart Toyfeller]] convinced Patsy to direct his prop-building talents towards toy making. After initially objecting to the idea of mass-produced toy designs, Patsy recognized the need to keep the brothers afloat and the two of them co-founded [[Toyfeller Corp.|Toyfeller Corp]] in 1977 [[Planet Weissblatt#Weissblatt Calendar (WBC)|WBC]] with their first product being Toyfeller Bricks as per request of Patsy.

From 1984 WBC onward Patsy grew burnt-out from the lack of creative freedom and the increasing demands placed upon him, leading to quality control issues within Toyfeller Corp's production. Between 1992 and 1997 WBC Patsy worked on the infrastructure of Toyfeller Park as per request of Fishbart, although his mental state deteriorated even further. During this time, Patsy was also occasionally visited by a demon during moments of solitude, offering him a way out through a wish and a contract. In 1997 WBC, Patsy had a mental breakdown and suddenly left Toyfeller Corp without notice.

In 1999 WBC, the planet-wide scramble for the Chakra Shards led to Patsy being discovered by Volunteers, living and performing in a giant self-built desert circus within the Unnamed Desert. This encounter was soon interjected by MARA stealing the demonic contract to Patsy's soul.

After recovery following his soul being retrieved from The Underworld, Patsy did not return back to Toyfeller Corp.

Between 1974 and 1977 [[Planet Weissblatt#Weissblatt Calendar|WBC]] Patsy tried to enroll in university to study engineering in order to pursue a career in toy making, but to no avail. Although his constructs were impressive, his methods of creating them were considered so antithetical and alien to all common engineering practice that he was universally rejected. Left otherwise locked out of his dream career by 1977 WBC, he decided to trust the business plans proposed by his brother [[Fishbart Toyfeller]] and co-founded [[Toyfeller Corp]].
