= History =
Graduating with a PhD in economics in 1977 WBC, Fishbart founded [[Toyfeller Corp]] as a joint family business alongside his brother [[Patsy Toyfeller]]. First the brothers' business was a success, both due to Fishbart's business smarts as well as Patsy's unconventional toy designs. This lead to the foundation of [[Toyfeller Corp|Toyfeller Park]], although Patsy initially didn't approve of standardized mass-manufacturing of his designs.

Between 1984 and 1992 WBC however, sales dwindled and Fishbart became worried for the well-being of both the company and the brothers. To ease his brother's workload and solve the quality control issues that have been plaguing the company for years at this point, Fishbart devised a restructuring project in which he directed Patsy to create a system that would allow Toyfeller Park to be run fully autonomously by the toys manufactured on-site.

Soon after the full completion of the autonomy project in 1997 WBC, Patsy suddenly and silently disappeared, driving Fishbart to find him. Desperate to find Patsy after two years of unsuccessful search, Fishbart made a deal with [[The Underworld]] in 1999 WBC, hoping to outsmart the demons during the procedure once he finally found his brother. The contract encompassed Fishbart being handed command over a squad of demons across Weissblatt in order to gain demonic influence over the [[Enlightenment Crystal]] in exchange for Patsy's soul.

Once Fishbart arrived in [[Delfid]] to set this plan into motion under the alias "Dr. Roy Asura" towards the end of 1999 WBC, he was forced into an encounter with [[Alex Felitas]], culminating in Delfid exploding and the Enlightenment Crystal splitting into seven [[Enlightenment Crystal#Chakra Shards|Chakra Shards]] [^1][^2].

Once the chaos of [[The Asura Incident]] settled and [[Shtayn|KOTU]] had been defeated.

Fugitive of the [[Nautical League]] over [[The Asura Incident]], on bad blood with [[Byodo]] and even estranged from his own brother over his deeds he resorted to keep Toyfeller Park afloat by secretly manufacturing whitelabelled military robots at [[Toyfeller Corp]] for sale on the black market.

= Hidden depths =
Although the name "Dr. Roy Asura" is a pseudonym during the Enlightenment Crystal operation, Fishbart actually does have a PhD - in economics. This conjoined with his brother Patsy's passion for toymaking ended up in the two of them founding Toyfeller Corp.

By the time of [[Zweitausend]] Being displaced both by the Nautical League over the Delfid incident and by his hostile relationship with the Byodan empire over his business, Fishbart cooks Toyfeller Corp.'s books to secretly manufacture whitelabelled giant war robots which he indirectly sells on the black market to keep his company afloat despite sanctions.
