The Demo Bot is a (planned) type of MOBJ which when triggered will play back the movements of a prerecorded Demo. It was created as a more flexible alternative to the MARA Race Bot.
Function[edit | edit source]
To be used, each Demo Bot placed in a map must be supplied with a Skin. If no skin is supplied or if the skin is not found upon map load, the Demo Bot is automatically removed from the map.
The Demo Bot can either play back once and stop at it's final location or loop, where it is teleported back to it's origin once the end of the demo has been reached.
Being supplied with a skin, the Demo Bot can utilize all abilities of said skin and uses the skin's SPR2 sprites.
