Being adopted as an orphan by the Delfid clergy at a young age, Alex was raised in faith of the Delfid enlightenment. This made Alex into a dedicated follower and defender of the Delfid teachings, although practically inexperienced.
During The Asura Incident Alex identified Dr. Roy Asura as a threat while maintaining the Enlightenment Crystal, but reacted hastily and clumsy, with the ensuing fight resulting in the destruction of Delfid and the split of the Enlightenment Crystal.
